I've discovered many things about planning and executing a wedding since we first opened our venue. There are new details and surprises that surface every event. I am excited to share stories and tips for future brides and grooms to-be to help them better prepare for their Big Day.
So why the blog?
For most people, their wedding is one of the biggest days of their life. Majority of brides and grooms haven't had much experience in wedding planning and are unaware of the details that go into it. It's not like there was a class offered in school that was "Wedding Planning 101" to teach you. If you feel like you have no idea what you are doing when planning your wedding, you are not alone. No matter how stressful it gets or how confused you are, it will all work out.
The Garden's at Viola's is a new wedding venue in Flagstaff, AZ. We are part of a dual business with Viola's Flower Garden. Viola's is a retail garden center that has been in business for almost 20 years. We just started the event venue part of the business in 2016. So imagine our surprise! Going from years of knowledge on gardening and retail and then entering the world of weddings. So take it from us, we have learned A LOT along the way. We have experienced all the little things you have never even heard of and we are still learning more. So I want to share this info with couples so they can be better prepared for what to expect in the wedding process.
